Sandy islands are emerging from the thawing Vistula, beaches sprouting along its banks. I am feeling more at home in the mild spring weather and deeper shades of green. They accommodate my thoughts better than in the warm south. Could it be that some latitudes are for thinking and others for basking? Some for breathing in, others for breathing out?
